Key holding & Response

Have you thought about what your plan would be if your alarm was triggered in the night? Businesses are not actually under any legal obligation to have an alarm response mechanism but good practice states that you would want to know if it has been triggered while your premises are unoccupied.

Many businesses opt for an monitored alarm, where notifications would go first to an alarm receiving centre who would then either notify a nominated key holder, the police, an emergency break secure and repair response or a guard response – depending on what cover you opt for.

Do you or one of your staff act as key holder for your premises, have you ever attended site during the silent hours, potentially putting yourselves at risk. If so why not employ us to hold a set of your keys and to take this pressure off you. Key holding and Alarm Response: A flexible, cost effective solution, giving a fast, first line response to assess each situation and react as required. We can liaise with your specific support partners such as glaziers, boarding company and locksmiths and to arrange reset of alarms or secure property as required.

One of our mobile patrol vehicles will visit a number of properties or businesses on their schedule carrying out a comprehensive patrol service for internal or external building management coupled with a scheduled visit programme. This is a shared service with other users so is particularly cost effective, all premises we visit will have our warning boards displayed on them.
